Things To Know About P.E.



A wealth of information has been accumulated to point to the importance of physical activity in promoting health and wellness.  Evidence also indicates that habits (lifestyles) established in youth are likely to influence adult lifestyles.  Understanding how important physical activity is, we at Mountain Trail Middle School strive to provide a quality physical education program that promotes and helps develop healthy lifestyles in each and every student.  Through our "Fitness For Life" curriculum, and the various team and individual sports, our goal is to develop healthy, active students that will continue to develop their personal physical activty lifestyles as they move on to High School and into adulthood.
