Title:  Banana Chocolate Chimichangas

   1 1/2 c    All-purpose floureld: 1 servings

     1 ts Baking powder
    2 ts Salteld3/4 c  Shortening; melted

1/Topping:
      16 oz Cream cheese; softened
     2/3 c  Sugar
       8 oz Pineapple tidbits: 12 servings

1    Ripe banana; sliced
       1 c  Fresh strawberries, halved
            Or more
     1/4 c  Chopped pecans; toasted
       1 oz Semisweet chocolate
       1 tb Butter or margarine

Title: Banana Split Brownie Pizza

  3:/4 c  Shortening; melted

 

  1/4 c  Butter or margarine; melted
     3/4 c  Baking cocoa
       2 c  Sugar

   1 1/2 c  All-purpose flour
       1 ts Baking powder
     1/2 ts Salt
            Topping:16 oz Cream cheese; softened
     2/3 c  Sugar

 
    8 oz Pineapple tidbits
       1    Ripe banana; sliced
       1 c  Fresh strawberries, halved
            Or more
     1/4 c  Chopped pecans; toasted

   In a large bowl, combine shortening, butter and cocoa. Stir

   in sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder
   and salt; stir into egg mixture. Spread evenly over a
   well-greased 12" to 14" pizza pan. Bake at 350 degrees for
   20-25 min. cool. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and
   sugar until smooth; spread over brownie crust.
   Drain the pineapple, reserving juice; dip banana slices in
   juice (then discard the juice). Arrange bananas, pineapple
   and strawberries over cream cheese layer; sprinkle with
  
   pecans. In a small saucepan over low heat, melt chocolate
   and butter; drizzle over top of pizza. Chill for 1 hour.

     &nbsp;&nbsp; Place banana in tortilla shell. Sprinkle chunks of chocolate on banana.<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp; Roll banana &damp; chocolate in the flour tortillas. Seal edges with water<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp; like when frying a wonton and deep fry until tortilla is crispy and<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp; blistered. Drain; then roll in a cinnamon and sugar mix. Can be<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp; served with or without ice cream and you decide on the size.<br>

Ingredients:
•     2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
•     1/2  teaspoon baking soda
•     1/2 teaspoon salt
•     1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
•     3/8 (6 Tbs) cup granulated sugar
•     3/8 cup packed brown sugar
•     1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•     1 large egg
•     1 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels

 

Directions:
PREHEAT oven to 375° F.

STEP 1 :  COMBINE flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl.

STEP 2: CREAM butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy.

STEP 3: Add eggs, one at a time, BEATING  well after each addition.

STEP 4: Gradually beat in flour mixture.

STEP 5: Stir in morsels

STEP 6: Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.

BAKE for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
