Hello, I'm Mrs. Rapstad, and welcome to our kindergarten classroom website! I value the importance of teacher/parent interaction, and recognize you for your outstanding efforts to be involved. I hope this site will provide you with useful information about our curriculum, classroom, and school community throughout the year. I will update it as needed to keep you informed of all the happenings in our room. Enjoy your visit!
CLASSROOM NEWS!!!
-Spring pictures are on March 18th at 12:15-12:45. We will need some extra volunteers for our picture day. Please let me know if you are able to help out. :)
-Kindergarten Fun Day will be on March 19th from 12:30-2:30! We are in need of volunteers that day as well!
-Our field trip to the World Wildlife Zoo will be on March 24th! Please send your money and permission slips back by March 15th.
-Volunteer hours are from 10:20-11:20. Check the Volunteer/Specials Calendar on the back side of your child's home folder for you volunteer day :)
-Homework: Make sure to read with your child for at least 15 minutes a night. Your child's homework is a calendar of activities to do with your child at home. Initial each square as you complete it. Keep this calendar in a safe place, and return it on the "due date" at the top for your child to get special recognition! Thank you!
