Hello Students,
In this year-long series of student-centered activities, you will begin by viewing Discovery Schools United Streaming video clips about Miguel de Cervantes and his greatest masterpiece, Don Quixote, Man of La Mancha.
Together we will then engage in a number of collaborative activites across the curriculum, that will develop our understanding of who and why a person is a HERO, and the purpose and use of the Arts in expressing the HERO's story.
We will be employing the power of the Internet and many technolgy tools.
As our work progresses, you will demonstrate your growing understanding of HEROES and the Arts, culminating in a multi-arts, mult-media presentation telling the story of your own
Enduring Hero.

Parents are encouraged to support the student in this journey.
