Dear Families,
Welcome to the 2nd grade at Grayhawk Elementary School! I am extremely excited and honored to have your children in my class this year. The purpose of this website is to make home-school relationships posituve and fluid as well as to share classroom activites.
My philosophy is that our classroom is like a small community or family away from home. I feel that respect should be shown towards others at all times. I believe that parent and family involvement is crucial to your studentÃs success at school. I truly think we teach a child not just for a year but for a lifetime. Additionally, I have a hands on approach to learning and will do everything to motivate and facilitate your childÃs learning.
