I hope you and your family enjoyed your summer. I would like to introduce myself as your child's teacher. I am very excited about working with your child. I am a trained, Highly Qualified Special Education teacher with degrees from the University of Arizona and Rio Salado Community College. I am married and have two daughters, a dog named Mickey and love working with children.
With strong motivation, encouragement, and a positive attitude, I believe all students are capable of learning. My classroom will be a safe, comfortable, and conducive place to learn. As part of my teaching philosophy, I feel it is very important to me to have on-going communication to maintain a strong parent-teacher partnership.
