We will be starting our nutrition unit next week. This is where we will discover vitamins and minerals, fats, carbohydrates, protein, digestion and the 5 food groups as a part of a balanced diet. There are no more tests persay for the rest of the semester however we have another webquest and a major project coming up. We will also have our second free lab which will be run a little differently than the first (more information to follow).
My name is Ms. Mitchell and I teach Culinary Arts at Sunrise. I only teach in the morning so the best way to contact me is through email, at hlmitchell@pvschools.net.
