PEARL (Paradise Education and Assessment Repository for Learning), accomplished through a unique partnership with Arizona State University.  PEARL represents future data-driven decision making at the classroom, school, district and home levels.

pSAMs (online PEARL Standards Aligned Measures), and reading assessments.

pOSE (PEARL Online Special Education module for the IEP process).

pIGB (PEARL Integrated Grade Book for standards integration into an online gradebook for K-6).

pOGB (PEARL Online Grade Book for high school students, teachers and parents).

pMOO (now known as “Distancia” where over 12 high school courses are being developed/provided in an online environment).

Create user accounts on the Ricoh Copier

Set-up user:

• Select User Tools/Counter
• Select System Settings
• Select Key Operator Tools ñ Go to next page
• Select Address Book Management > Next
• Program Change
• New Program Should be highlighted
• User Destination > Name > Select Change > Enter name > OK
• Select email and add ConnectMe email address > OK
• Exit
• Exit

Scanning:

• Select Scan button on console face
• Place documents to be scanned just as you would for copying
• Press scan
• Remove document. Check email, it will be a PDF

As a courtesy exit scan function and push copy button for next user
