If you are lost or in a panic...clutch your throat and I'll get the message to slow down! After the first day you MIGHT feel a little overwhelmed. Don't worry though...it will get better!

For restroom use, phone calls, clastrophobia, or uncomfortable itch...please just tiptoe out of the room!
