Village Vista kindergarten
is full of learning fun!! We focus on learning letter
names and sounds using the Fundations program. We
work towards making CVC words and learning high frequency
words. Later in the year, we provide guided reading
groups based on ability level. The children are able
to take home bookworm books each night.
We incorporate a variety of themes into our learning
activities. Some include: Welcome to School, All
About Me and Family, Helpers, Safety, Seasons, Senses,
Holidays, Healthy Me, Plants, Animals and many more. |
