What type of documents are these?
These are Microsoft Word documents, saved as “protected forms”, with editable text areas that appear as grey boxes. The main text is locked but you will be able to fill out the “text form field" areas.
How do I use this site to access the documents I need?
When you click on a link, it will download the document to your computer. Please open documents in Word, complete form, (to navigate to the next text form field, hit "tab" key. Continue to hit "tab" to return to top), save as new document and print copies as specified for distribution.
Can I type as much as I want in the text form fields?
These text form fields will expand to allow for any amount of text. (Large amounts of text will automatically increase the number of pages.)
How do I use Word's spell checking feature?
To access spell checking and other Word features, please create your text in a blank Word document, then copy and paste into the grey text form field. You may want to save this version for future edits.
Will the grey color behind my text be visible when I print?
When these documents are printed, the “grey” behind your text will not be visible. (The text areas will print as regular text on a white background.) |
