What led you to become a teacher? I enjoy learning. This led me to become an educator because teaching and learning go hand in hand.

How would you describe your teaching style and philosophy, your beliefs about how students learn best, your goals in the classroom? I believe that everyone is an artist, and that the arts are a fundamental part of education. As an art teacher, I teach my students visual problem solving skills which will benefit them in other areas of school and life. My teaching style is child-centered, interdisciplinary and standards-based.
