Dear Sonoran Sky Community:
It is that time of year again. gScrip has returned to Sonoran Sky.
Simply, "scrip" is a word that means "substitute money" - in other words, "gScrip is gift certificates from national and local retailers. gScrip provides the same gift certificates that you buy at the store. Many popular retailers participate in the gScrip program including JCPenny, The Gap, Shell, Pizza Hut, Red Lobster and many, many more (see attached retail list).
You are probably wondering how these stores help us raise money. It is simple - gScrip participating retailers agree to sell gift certificates to our organization at a discount. Sonoran Sky families like yours buy the certificates for full face value, they redeem for full face value, and our school keeps the difference as a revenue. It is so exciting, with gScrip, everyone wins!!
The beauty of gScrip is that you put your regular household shopping dollars to work. If you give gift cards at the holidays to co-workers, family, friends and teachers - save gas and order the cards through us! You earn for our school without spending a single additional penny. Just spend your regular shopping dollars with gScrip, purchase your gift certificates through our school gScrip program and Sonoran Sky earns money. gScrip can be used for just about any household purchase including food, clothing, entertainment, gasoline and even dining out.
