| Fourth
annual district customer satisfaction survey results |
|
|
During the month of April, 2008, the PVUSD conducted
its fourth annual online customer satisfaction survey.
Here are some of the results:
- 78 percent of the parents who responded
gave a grade of A or B to the schools they rated. While
we are pleased with the result, we also believe there
is room for improvement.
- 87 percent
said they believe the school is preparing their child
for a successful future and 86 percent said the adults
at the school have their child’s best interests
at heart.
- 87 percent said adults treat their
child with respect and 89 percent said adults at the
school encourage their child to learn.
- 91 percent of respondents said teachers
make them feel welcome at the school, while 85 percent
said the office staff makes them feel welcome.
- And finally, 85 percent said the
school provides a positive learning environment.
- 85 percent of those who participated
said they are a parent in the district, and the rest
said they are a parent who is employed by the district
