The Paradise Valley Arts Education Council (PVAEC) is a parent organization formed September 2007 to highlight and support the arts in the PVUSD. Their mission is to provide "Quality Arts for All" in the Paradise Valley Unified School District.

The PVAEC meets on the first Tuesday of the month from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Horizon High School.
