Nutrition and Wellness department offers online Healthy Meal Planner
The PVUSD Nutrition and Wellness department's Website has a new Health-e Living Tools feature. The Health-e Meal planner provides complete nutritional values of the foods served at your child's school. Students choose from the lists of foods in categories the items they chose to eat and the online calculator provides the nutrional information, including calories, fat, protein and more.
The MyPyramid Meal Planner helps create a customized food guide based on the foods users plan to eat and compares the choices to recommended goals and limits customized for that person.

A win-win opportunity!
The Extracurricular Tax Credit program is your chance to make an important contribution to education at our schools — and receive a state tax credit for the full amount up to $200 (or $400 per married couple). A tax credit is better than a tax deduction. Contributions must be postmarked by Wednesday, December 31 to be eligible for your 2008 taxes. Read more
