All Distancia online courses have been developed by Paradise Valley Unified School District teachers and are instructed by highly qualified teachers. With Distancia, students can:

• Remain enrolled in their high school while taking additional classes
• Accelerate high school classes credits
• Make up high school credits
  
• Receive grades for all classes, even if class has been attempted in the past

Distancia courses currently available:

• AIMS Math 1, 2
• Geometry 1, 2
• Algebra 1, 2
• Biology 1
• English 1, 2, 3 and 4
• American History 1, 2
• American Government

Letter grades will be given for Distancia courses and will be included in the student’s GPA

Distancia online classes begin each semester, including summer, for students that are currently enrolled in all Paradise Valley Unified School district high schools. Enrollment is based on availability.
