The Alternative Education programs provide students with
the opportunity to acquire skills necessary to be productive,
functional and contributing members of their school community
and the community at large.
Alternative programs provide
assistance to those students who have been academically challenged
in traditional school settings. Behavior issues are
remediated through the use of the Boy's Town Model at the
middle level and counseling and progressive discipline at
the high school level. The
goal is to empower the students with the appropriate skills
to take responsibility for their own lives and make positive
choices.
