Flu clinics — pre-registration

As the vaccine becomes available, schools will schedule flu clinics for the H1N1 (Swine) and seasonal flu immunizations.

Select Schools-Zap the Flu at schools option and follow the prompts to select Paradise Valley Unified School District and then the PVUSD in which your child is enrolled.

Information about scheduled flu immunization clinics at your child's school will be sent home with students as soon as available.
