Our Service:

• We help to provide long-range plans for future school and support sites in addition to the upgrading and refurbishing of existing sites.
• We manage bond and capital budgets for all construction projects.
• We supervise and coordinate all construction projects from inception through completion and warranty period.

Facts:

• From January 2006 to June 2008, we completed 132 projects and are in the process of completing 55 new projects.
• In the period between January 2006 to June 2008, we have spent and incumbered $97,554,020.73 of the $161,700,000.00 2005-10 bond budget.
• We have completed two new elementary schools in this bond period.
• We have completed six new building additions since 2006 and are in the process of constructing six new building additions to be completed by August 2009.
