Paradise Valley School District Recognized for Excellence in Financial Reporting
For over 18 years, the Paradise Valley
Unified School District has annually been awarded three Certificates
of Excellence in Financial Reporting. One is from the
Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO)
and the other is from the Government Finance Officers Association
of the United States and Canada (GFOA).
The Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting is a voluntary, nationally recognized program sponsored by ASBO to foster excellence in the preparation and issuance of school financial reports. The Certificate of Achievement presented by GFOA is the highest form of recognition available in the area of governmental accounting and financial reporting. |
