The Finance Department is responsible for accounting, financial reporting, budget control and auditing functions of the district. The District operates on a total budget in excess of $300,000,000 annually and services 45 schools as well as central office departments.

The Payroll Department generates approximately 4,200 checks every two weeks comprising 85% of its Maintenance & Operations budget.

The Property Control Department maintains an accurate listing of the District's fixed assets and is responsible for an annual physical inventory of all sites.
