CONTRACT SCOPE:
This contract provides services in two main areas: Alcohol and Drug Testing for Bus Drivers; Testing Laboratory for Student Athletics. Southwest Laboratories has been awarded the contract to perform alcohol and drug testing for our bus drivers and to perform testing services related to student athletics.

Controlled Substance  (DOT)                          $35.00 each on site

Controlled  Substance (non-DOT)                   $28.50 each on site

Alcohol Testing (DOT)                                    $25.00 each on site

Alcohol Testing (non-DOT)                             $25.00 each on site

Laboratory for Student Athletics:

Substance Abuse Panel                                   $15.00 per specimen

Anabolic Steroids all-inclusive                         $65.00 per specimen
