Celebrations

Human Rights Youth Conference will take place at PHS February 5th and 6th.  This is a great event, STUGO and Teacher Academy do an awesome job.  Dana Zupke, football coach hired as new head boys track coach.  Jay Thomas, new head tennis coach.

STUGO Request

Zach presented a quote for a gym floor cover and mobile storage racks: 8 roll rack ~ $2224, 7 roll rack ~ $2050.  The consensus of School Council is to donate the money equivalent to an 8 roll rack if indeed tax credit money can be used for the purchase.

Tax Credit Budget Review

Balance of $24,418.69 increased with end of 2009 donations to $30,993.69.

09-10 Action Plan Review

NCA will conduct a Quality Assurance Review on 4/21-22/2010.  Objectives are completed and have been reviewed by all staff.  Hope to have strategies completed by within next 6 to 8 weeks.

Master Schedule

Presently in middle of registration for Freshman, Sophomores and Juniors.  Counselors will be meeting with various grade levels soon.  By February 18th, hope to have all of our  numbers in place.  Further discussion will take place as we decide and provide feedback as to which classes we will keep/not keep.  Ms. Niedner, head of counseling will be invited to attend next meeting.
