Dear Parents:

In an effort to make it easier for you and your child to communicate with other families throughout the year, North Ranch PTA is busy putting together the 2008-2009 School Directory. Your child will be able to contact other classmates about play dates and homework. You will have important school phone numbers, a school calendar, map, faculty and staff listing and general information in an easily accessible booklet. This directory is available to you for your personal use and should not be used for commercial purposes.

Please complete ONE form per family, listing the information you wish to be published in the directory. (Please note you may put all of your children on one form). It is necessary to return this form by Sept. 5th in order to have the directory available in early October. This form should be returned to your teacher or the PTA Lock Box.
Please note that information is not carried over from last year’s directory. If a new form is not received for this year, your information will not appear in the directory, even if your information was included in last year’s directory.

*Directories are free with PTA membership, and $5.00 for non-members.*
