Registration
To enroll a student in Mercury Mine for the first time, a parent or guardian should provide the school:
- A certified copy of the child’s birth certificate
- The child’s immunization records Immunization Requirements 2009-10
- Proof of residency in the state of Arizona (i.e. a utility bill, such as a gas, electric, water, telephone bill; or a house payment receipt, rent receipt or lease agreement.)
You will also be asked to provide an emergency contact name / phone number and your child's doctor's name / phone number for the student's registration card.
Age requirements:
Children must be five years old before September 1 of the enrolling year to be eligible for kindergarten.
To enter first grade, a child must be six years old before September 1 of the enrolling year, or have completed kindergarten in another district or state.
