Welcome to the Paradise Valley Mentor Program!  The Paradise Valley School District and the PVEA are continually striving to provide a quality education for all students.  For students to succeed in learning, teachers must succeed in teaching.  The mentor program offers first, second and third year teachers the support, advice and direction necessary to make their beginning teaching experience as successful as possible.
