FACILITIES & CONSTRUCTION SUMMER – (formerly Summer Painter)

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Prefer painting experience or experience in any maintenance trade area.
3. Able to lift up to 50 lb. And carry equipment and ladders.
4. Ability to do considerable physical work outside in the hot sun.

REPORTS TO: Supervisor of Maintenance 

SUPERVISES:

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide general maintenance both inside and outside of various buildings.
2. Other jobs as assigned. 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
