FACILITIES & CONSTRUCTION GROUNDSKEEPER III – INTEGRATED PEST MANAGEMENT – (Formerly Groundskeeper III - Integrated Pest Management Technician

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High School Diploma or GED.
2. Experience in grounds trades preferred.
3. Possession of AZ State Structural Pest Control Board certification
4. Valid driver's license
5. Certification in General Pest Control

GRADE: 19 

REPORTS TO: Lead Person 

SUPERVISES:

JOB GOAL:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

1. Establish and maintain a good rapport/communication with students, employees, and community members on pest management concerns. .
2. Considerable physical activity working outside in all weather conditions, including in the hot sun.
3. Operate small to medium size trucks.
4. Perform duties involving integrated pest management.
5. Train Grounds staff in the proper use of integrated pest management techniques.
6. Other job-related duties as assigned.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
