QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience working in an
educational environment
- Effective communication
skills
- Experience scheduling &
monitoring remote field staff
- Experience with Microsoft
Office Products
- Two years experience in a
related position, with experience in maintenance technology and special
systems with a large, multi-disciplined staff.
GRADE: 16
REPORTS TO: Director of Maintenance
& Operations
SUPERVISES: NA
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and maintain good
rapport with employees and community.
- Direct all incoming phone
calls to appropriate technical resource.
- Log all work orders in system
database.
- Track progress of work orders
and made schedule changes as necessary.
- Coordinate work assignments
for technicians and Leads.
- Maintain daily communication
with field staff.
- Provide limited phone support
to schools.
- Coordinate utilities,
technicians, emergency agencies, and administration during emergencies.
- Other job-related duties as
assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or
twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job
will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on
Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
