CE TECHNICIAN 3 (Previously After School Support Technician)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Products.
  3. Knowledge of general office procedures.
  4. Effective communications skills.

 

REPORTS TO:  CE Childcare Coordinator

 

GRADE:  17

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, and community.
  2. Provide an efficient office operation with organization/planning.
  3. Enter requisitions and maintain purchase order information.
  4. Organize and complete office projects as assigned.
  5. Maintain site staffing information.
  6. Provide assistance in coordinating activities with sites.
  7. Other job related duties, as assigned.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Nine, ten, eleven or twelve month year.  Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

 

EVALUATION:  Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.

SKILL TESTS REQUIRED:  Spelling, Mathematics, Filing, and Typing.
