QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma
- Experience as school facility rental
technician, administrative assistant or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of computers, general
office software and internet
- General knowledge of Arizona Revised
Statutes 15-1105
- Effective communication and customer service
skills

REPORTS TO:
Director of Community Education
SUPERVISES:
Auditorium staff, rental technicians and field technicians
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and maintain good rapport with school
administration, employees and community.
- Furnish verbal and written information and
answer questions regarding PVUSD facility rentals based on district
policies and Arizona State Statutes regarding school facility use.
- Monitor civic center revenue and
expenditures.
- Maintain necessary documents and files
pertaining to rental information from user groups, including liability
insurance.
- Coordinate billing of school facility
rentals and related fees.
- Participate in hiring staff for civic center
events.
- Schedule staff to work civic center events.
- Enter and track requisitions required for
maintenance of district auditoriums and facilities rented by community
groups.
- Evaluate and supervise civic center staff.
- Maintain elementary facility rentals and
district calendar.
- Other job related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYEMENT:
Nine, ten, or twelve month year.
Salary and work year to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions
of the BoardÕs policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
