CE AUDITORIUM TECHNICIAN I (Previously Auditorium Technician)

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. Training and experience in theater management.
  3. Computerized lighting/sound and stage equipment experience.
  4. Effective communication skills.

 

REPORTS TO:  CE Auditorium Manager

 

GRADE:  11

 

SUPERVISES:  Student technicians

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

  1. Establish and maintain a good rapport with students, employees and community.
  2. Responsible for setting up and running technical needs.
  3. Assists  CE Auditorium Manager with insuring all equipment is operational by conducting routine inspections.
  4. Assists CE Auditorium Manager with keeping track of all equipment on inventory.
  5. Other job related duties as assigned.

 

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:  Nine, ten, or twelve month year.  Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

 

EVALUATION:  Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
