QUALIFICATIONS:
- High
School Diploma or GED
- Experience
in Microsoft Office products
- Knowledge
of general office procedures
- Experience
in accounting, bookkeeping, purchasing procedures and supervisory
responsibilities
- Ability
to lift 50 lb.
- Effective
communication skills

SUPERVISES: Volunteer Assistants, Student Assistants, Bookstore
Accounting Clerk
JOB GOAL:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Establish
and maintain a good rapport with students, employees and community.
- Orders,
receives and processes all instructional materials as needed.
- Maintains
detailed student financial accounts including collecting student fees,
processing registrations and withdrawals.
- Processes
student-identification cards and maintains records on student lockers.
- Reconciles
and maintains complete and accurate financial records for all student
accounts in accordance with
district/state guidelines, subject to year end audit.
- Prepare
inventory information; textbooks, supplies, etc.
- Other
job-related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year
to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance
with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services
Personnel.
