SUPERVISES: School personnel as assigned
JOB GOAL:
ESSENTIAL JOB
FUNCTIONS:
- Establish and maintain good rapport with students,
employees and community.
- Provide an efficient office operation with
organization/planning.
- Ability to communicate district policies and
procedures.
- Maintain effective communication between school,
district office administration and staff related to operation of
school/department.
- Maintain school/department budget.
- Supervisors other school personnel as directed by the
administrator.
- Prepare and disseminate school
publications.
- Organize and complete office projects as
assigned.
- Provide backup support to other office staff as
needed.
- Other job-related duties as
assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year
to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance
with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services
Personnel.
