ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. High School Diploma or GED
  2. Experience with Microsoft Office products
  3. Knowledge of general office procedures
  4. Effective communication skills

GRADE: 14

REPORTS TO: Administrator

SUPERVISES: N/A

JOB GOAL:

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  1. Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, and community.
  2. Ability to communicate district policies and procedures.
  3. Organize and complete office projects as assigned.
  4. Maintain effective communication between school, district office administration and staff related to operation of school/department.
  5. Assist in maintaining department budgets and accounts.
  6. Perform general clerical tasks.
  7. Other job-related duties as assigned.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary and work year to be established by the Board.

EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support Services Personnel.
