QUALIFICATIONS:
- High
School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge
of general office procedures
- Experience
with Microsoft Office Products
- Effective
communication skills

REPORTS TO: Athletic Director/Administrator
SUPERVISES: Student Aides
JOB GOAL:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Establish
and maintain a good rapport with student, employees and community.
- Knowledge
of the district, Department of Administrator and Arizona Interscholastic
Association (AIA) athletic policies and procedures.
- Produce
and maintain sports schedules, rosters, banquet certificates,
correspondence, transportation, time sheets and varsity letters.
- Reconciles
and maintains complete and accurate financial records for all athletic
accounts in accordance with the district and state guidelines, subject to
year end audit.
- Schedule,
confirm and pay all A.I.A. officials for each game.
- Maintain
accurate eligibility paperwork.
- Assists
in ordering of supplies, equipment and uniforms.
- Other
job related duties as assigned.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Nine, ten, or twelve-month year. Salary
and work year to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in
accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support
Services Personnel.
