Options for ordering transcripts
Request Transcripts in Family Connection (FC) - PLEASE NOTE: This is for Class of 2009 and 2010 only
COLLEGE APPLICATION TRANSCRIPTS - There are two places in FC to request official transcripts for college applications: 1) My Colleges under the About Me section on the green, side tool bar, and 2) Transcripts under the About College section on the green, side tool bar. Sign into Family Connection (FC) and follow these easy steps:
If the transcript is for a college on your Colleges to Which I’m Applying list in Family Connection:
- Click on My Colleges located under the About Me section on the green, side tool bar.
- Scroll down to the Colleges to Which I’m Applying section and click on Request Transcripts.
- Select the school(s) requesting a transcript – either under “Current Applications” or “New Applications”. (You can request transcripts for more than one school at a time on this page).
- Use the drop down menu to choose your application type (this will usually be regular decision).
- Scroll down and click on Request Transcripts. Your Transcript Status screen will appear and show the transcript has been requested. (You can monitor this screen to see the date your official transcript was sent.)
If the transcript is for a college not on your Colleges to Which I’m Applying list:
- Click on Transcripts at the bottom of the About College section on the green, side tool bar.
- Click on Request transcripts for my college applications.
- Choose an application type from the drop down menu (this will usually be regular decision).
- Click on look up and select the college you want your official transcript sent to.
- Scroll down and click on Request Transcripts. Your Transcript Status screen will appear and show the transcript has been requested. (You can monitor this screen to see the date your official transcript was sent.)
SCHOLARSHIP, ATHLETIC, PERSONAL or OTHER TRANSCRIPTSOfficial transcripts for scholarships, athletics, personal or other reasons are requested under Transcripts at the bottom of the About College section on the green, side tool bar in Family Connection.
- Click on Transcripts at the bottom of the About College menu on the green, side tool bar.
- Click on Request transcripts for scholarships or athletics.
- Select the Reason from the drop down menu (scholarship, athletic, personal or other). Complete the necessary information: due date, recipient’s name and address, other notes.
- Scroll to the bottom and click on Add Transcript Requests. Your Transcript Status screen will appear and show the transcript has been requested. (You can monitor this screen to see the date your official transcript was sent.)
PLEASE NOTE: official transcripts WILL NOT be mailed home or faxed to a recipient.
CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS Click on Transcripts under About Colleges on the green, side tool bar and then the View the Status of All My Transcript Requests option. You will also find the status of college application transcripts on the My Colleges screen.
UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS Click on Transcripts, then on Request transcripts for scholarships or athletics. Select the Reason code Other and type in UNOFFICAL in the Recipient field. All unofficial transcripts must be picked up from Mrs. Wahl in the Counseling office on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Unofficial transcripts will not be mailed.

Class
of 2000 - 2008, 2011 and 2012
Have student see Ms. Bentle in Records or call
602-449-6021 and leave a message. Please include the following
information with your request:
- Student name
- phone number
- birthdate
- year graduated
- whether
you want official or unofficial
- and where you want the official
mailed
Please note... unofficial transcripts will need
to be picked up in the Counseling Office.
Transcripts are done on Tuesday and Thursday.

Transcript requests for Class of 1982—Class of 1999
We need your request in writing. You may fax the request to 602-449-2244. There are 5 pieces
of information you need to provide to the district. Number
them 1-2-3-4-5 on a piece of paper. Number one -your name,
as it was when you were enrolled in the system. Number two
- the name of our high school that you attended and your graduation
year or last year attended. Number three - your birth date...we
need that for verification purposes. Number four - the full
address where you would like us to send your transcript. Number
five, and most important..... .your signature..... that's what
tells us you give us permission to release the information.
