ACE - Achieving a College Education
Paradise Valley Community College
ACE/SUCCEED Facts:
- classes are free, you only pay for books
- take classes during your junior and senior years of high school
- attend classes at PVCC two afternoons a week
- earn 18-24 college credits upon graduation from high school
- receive both high school and college credit
- free bus transportation between your high school and PVCC
Some of the qualifications are:
- being the first person in your family to attend college
- a GPA of 2.5 or higher
- live in a household with a single parent, or single income
- have a brother or sister who has been in or is currently a student in the ACE/SUCCEED program
Parents/guardian must be able to attend a required one hour evening meeting at PVCC (the last week of April) to fill out an application and learn more about the ACE/SUCCEED program. Pizza and soda pop will be served.
