What documents do I need to register my child?
The
Paradise Valley Unified School District requires the
following information to register a student in a school
for the first time:
- A certified copy of
the child’s birth certificate
- The child’s immunization

- Proof of residency in the state of Arizona (i.e.
a utility bill such as a gas, electric, water, telephone
bill; or a house payment receipt, rent receipt or
lease agreement.)
Is there an age requirement for student entry?
Students
must be five years old before
September 1 of the enrolling year to be eligible for
Kindergarten.
To enter first grade, a child must be six
years old before September 1 of the enrolling
year, or have completed kindergarten in another district
or state.
What if we don’t live within the Hidden Hills
boundaries?
If you live outside our attendance area and would
like to attend Hidden Hills, you may fill out an open
enrollment application at the district office between
October 1 and December 1 for the upcoming school year. For
