All fifth grade teachers
are very excited about the rich Core Knowledge® curriculum which includes: The Civil War,
Renaissance, Westward Movement, Classifying Living Things, Chemistry, Early Russia, Feudal
Japan, Explorers and many other topics. CORE subjects are presented in a clear and concise
manner, which enables students to easily grasp areas that may have been beyond their
understanding otherwise. Our focus is to prepare students for the AIMS and SAT-9 Testing
by following the enriched math and reading curriculum. We are eager to continue our
enthusiasm for learning through our many stimulating and thought provoking activities here
