About Foothills Elementary

Foothills Elementary School, located in northeast Phoenix, has a strong emphasis on "hands-on learning" with a collaborative effort of students, teachers, families and the community, united to promote learning as a positive, life-long activity.

Foothills strives to provide an atmosphere of educational excellence with high expectations of instruction and student achievement. Development of a strong, positive self-image in students is achieved by helping them accept responsibility, be accountable for their actions and have respect for themselves and the community in which they live.
