WELCOME!  Desert Shadows Elementary School is located in Scottsdale, Arizona. We are proud to be recognized as one of the fine schools in the Paradise Valley Unified School District. DSES offers preschool through sixth-grade and currently has nearly 500 students enrolled. We have an excellent student, staff and parent community that is committed to making DSES an outstanding school.

The Desert Shadows Elementary School staff provides an atmosphere of educational excellence with high expectations for all students. A comprehensive educational program in reading, language arts, math, social studies, science, physical education, computer technology, vocal music and art is offered.

Parenting Skills Group: Desert Shadows Elementary parents are invited to attend the parenting skills group at Desert Shadows Middle School. The group meets on Wednesdays from 1 to 2:30 p.m. starting September 2 and continuing through March 24, 2010. > More info
