summer opportunities ASU COLLEGE OF DESIGN SUMMER 2008 DESIGN IMMERSION WORKSHOP The ASU College of Design offers the Design Immersion Workshop for any high school student interested in the field of design. This 1-week workshop gives students the chance to experience college life and explore the design process. Participants will study the creative process and how products are developed and marketed for use in the world. Program Dates: July 13 - Friday 20 Application Deadline: rolling with a priority deadline of 5/15/2008 SUMMER DESIGN WORKSHOP The ASU College of Design offers the Summer Design Workshop for high school students interested in architecture and other related design professions. Participants will explore the field of architecture through basic design principles, hands-on projects, discussions with design professionals, tours of significant sites, making models, and drawing. There will be a student exhibition on the final day of the program.
