Fairy Godmothers are Real
Each of the third graders received a letter from their Fairy Godmother who wants to grant them three wishes!!!! I am so excited for them!!!! They are writing back practicing their letter writing skills and some formatting skills.
When complete, they will post those letters here on the Internet in the hopes that their Fairy Godmother is also techno savy. They are also going to use a open source (free) drawing program to make some illustrations to go along with their writing.
Much of our time has been spent on learning how to save to a server. This is new to the kids and really a hard and abstract concept for them to grasp. They are struggling but know it takes a little time to do it right. They will do great!
