The Pearl Integrated Grade Book Online is a web-based program that allows parents and students to view student assignments and grades. The grade book may be viewed using the Internet from a computer at home or at work 24 hours a day. A user name and password has been assigned to you to ensure no one else has access to your child's information. This password is your child's personal identification code that will follow them throughout his/her school years in PVUSD. Therefore, please guard this password as you would other Internet password and impress upon
your child the need to keep this information secure and confidential.
The district uploads the data to their server only twice a week. Please be patient if you do not see current grades immediately. A great tool when questioning if a score has been posted is to look at the bottom of each course page to view the date the system was last updated. The classroom teachers will enter grades within a two week period after the assignment, project or assessment has been graded. Please be advised that this report will not include special area classes (Art, Music, Physical Education or Media). These grades will be available each semester on your child's report card.
The technology is designed to keep families better informed about their child's progress. If you have difficulty accessing or using the program, please do not hesitate to let your child's teacher know.
